The Thera-Band set is a 1,5 meter universal Latex exercise band which can be used during resistance exercises,  stretching exercises and cross training exercises.  The set contains several resistance bands, which are ideal for building training by increasing resistance of the bands.

Training with Thera-Band provides both improved strength and agility as a collaboration of muscle groups. You can also use the thera-band for rehabilitation, injuries, and for increasing functional capacities of older people and training of athletes.

The Thera-Band set of 1,5 meter bands will be delivered in a box with three ( light resistance) or two resistance bands ( heavy resistance). The set is also including a booklet with exercises.

Available in two different sets (different resistances):

• Light: 3 exercise bands yellow - red - green 
• Heavy: two exercise bands blue – black
