Features:

Indications:

• For right or left inginual hernia. (A)
• Bilateral inguinal hernia. (B)
• For pre- or post-operative wear.
• For permanent wear.

Prior Instructions for the use of the unilateral truss:

The unilateral truss may be used for either a right-side hernia or left-side hernia.
• Right-Side Hernia:
  • The unilateral truss is supplied in the "right-side" hernia position.
  • Simply pull back the two plastic guides, one after the other. then refer to the fitting instructions.
• Left-Side Hernia:
  • remove strap (a) then position it on the other side.
  • Using the two plastic guides (c), pull off buckle (d) turn it around and replace it (metal clip towrds the outside).
  • Pull back the two plastic guides (c) one after the other.
  • Turn around the fastener (e).
  • The truss is in the left-side hernia position.
  • Then refer to the fitting instructions.

Fitting Instructions:

• Place the pad(s) on the inside surface, against the hernia(s).
• Adjust the truss to your waist size by moving fastener (e). The truss should be firmly fitted, without being too tight.
• Adjust the length of the tight straps.
• Check that the pads are properly positioned.

Follow the advice of the professional who prescribed or supplied the product. Consult your professional if discomfort occurs. Store at room temperature preferably in original packaging. Re-use of this device for the treatment of another patient is strictly due to hygiene and performance-related problems. If a decision is taken to re-use this device, than the person taking the decision is solely responsible and the Thuasne warranty will automatically become void.

Washing Instructions:

• Wash only with soapy water, without the use of detergent or bleach.
• Squeeze out excess water, do not wring.
• Dry away from heat sources.
