The Muscle Power Press Down Bar is an angled bar that can be used to perform different exercises. It has two rubber coated handles with a rough surface. The handles are ergonomically formed and have a wide end. Together with the rough surface, this provides extra grip. The Press Down Bar is suitable for training of the triceps, shoulders and hips.
