Indication

• Moderate to severe ankle sprains.
• Fracture of the ankle (treatment during rehabilitation)

Fitting Instructions

• Put on a sock and sit on a chair with the foot on the floor. Place the ankle into the ankle brace, make sure that the brace is well centered.
• Wrap the lower strap aorund the leg and fasten it. Pull tightly backwards and fasten it to the velcro strap. Adjust the smaller support strap on the dorsal side of the brace with its self adhesive strap.
• If necessary adjust the width of the heel strap (same height as the heel!)
• Fasten the upper strap in the same manner as the lower one; if necessary, adjust the fastening of the lower strap.
• If you wish to wear shoes with shoe laces: put on your shoes and tie a normal bow on the shoe tongue.
• You need to take off the brace when showering or bathing.
• For optimal effect please dry your foot first completely before wearing the brace again.

Washing Instructions:

• Wash with wet cloth. Do not use detergent or bleech.
