Gymstick Power Slider Basic

The Gymstick Power Slider Basic is a board with a smooth upper side. The athlete can slide over the board from one side to another. The sides of the board are higher, to avoid the person from sliding of the board. The Gymstick Power Basic has a length of 1.80 meters and is 0.50 meters wide. It has a non-skid-layer on the bottom for more stability.

To perform the exercises in the best possible way, one pair of slide booties is included in the set. Those booties fit over shoes in every size and are easy to use. The set also includes a workout program with different exercises to gain the maximum of the Power Slider. It can be used by both beginners and more advanced athletes.

The Gymstick Power Slider Basic can be rolled up and is stored in the included bag. It is lightweight and needs little space.
