These weight plates are suitable for barbells and dumbbell bars with a diameter of 50 millimeters. In contrast to the normal rubber weight plates with a cast iron core and thin rubber coating are the Crossmaxx Bumper Plates entirely made of solid rubber. That makes these weight plates excellent for the most intensive exercises in weightlifting, powerlifting and CrossFit.
