The Thera-Band Hand and Finger Trainer Complete is a set with six elastic resistance sheets and the corresponding rings. Please note: only the sheets are supplied with this product. The hand and finger trainer is used for rehabilitation after a medical operation on the hands or wrists. It facilitates progressive stretching of the hand and wrist and functional finger exercises such as pinching. Pinching, pulling and moving improves the strength and mobility of the hands, fingers, wrists and forearms through the elastic resistance offered by the Thera-Band hand and finger trainer.
