Thera-Band Digi-Flex

The hand trainer from Thera-Band in an individual hand and finger trainer. The Digi-Flex is endowed with four push buttons with each his own resistance springs, this mean that the pinkie, ring, middle and trigger finger can be trained independently from each other. Furthermore, there are three resistance springs above the hand grip so that the whole hand muscles can be trained together.

The Thera-Band Digi-Flex is used to improve the muscle power of the fingers, it stimulates and promotes the blood circulation and the tendons in the tendon sheath from the flexor in the forearm are getting mobilized. It will be delivered with a manual with instructions.
