The Stroops Plyoboxes have a large, square platform and a slightly wider model. The frame goes to the outside and is wider than the platform, which gives more stability. The boxes have a platform with anti-slip layer for more safety. Different exercises can be performed with help of the Stroops Plyoboxes.
The Stroops Plyoboxes are available in different heights, which makes it easy to vary in the training. They have a steel frame with a square platform on top. Both the sides and the bottom of the frame are open, which makes it possible to place different sizes of plyoboxes over each other. This way they take little storage space.
