Adidas ankle weights with adjustable weight
The Adidas ankle weights contain loose weights. This makes it possible to adjust the weight with 500 gram. There is a smaller ankle weight with a maximum weight of 1 kg and a bigger one with a maximum weight of 2 kg.
The Adidas ankle weights have a Velcro strap to close them easily around the ankle. Because of the weights, the movements become harder and muscles are trained faster.
